Terms & Conditions
  1. My promise to you

    Your dress will be made to the best of my ability and with quality fabrics and laces. It will be supplied to you one month before your wedding so that there is time for you to obtain any necessary adjustments.*
    * This is only guaranteed if you keep to the timing specified in number 2 below.

  2. Timing

    For your dress to be shipped in time, and to keep to my schedule you must:

    • Have your order form properly filled out.
    • Have paid your deposit to hold your space (if you are booking in advance).
    • Have paid your order IN FULL if booking less than 8 weeks prior to the wear date.

  3. Deposits & Payments

    Deposits are non-refundable as they are used to hold your space and to purchase the necessary itmes needed to make your dress. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to wedding date.
    I accept personal checks (I begin work after the check clears).
    I also accept credit cards or PayPal.

  4. Canceling & Refunds

    Because your dress is made especially for you I have a NO RETURNS policy.

  5. Shipping

    Your dress will be shipped by U.P.S.
    Your shipment will be insured.
    Shipping charges are an additional $20.00
